I had PolyLevel done to a concrete patio which settled and pitch towards the house causing a puddle by my back door when ever it rained. It’s been over 10 years and every thing still good! They left no mess and it was done quickly and relatively inexpensive.

Our patio and walkways around the inground pool had become uneven after 34 years. Quality First came out and made all the concrete levels after adjusting 8 sections of the walkway and two sections of the patio seating area. We are pleased with the results!

Jay Hugee was incredibly infromative, knew the products very well and I didn't feel " pushed". He was outstanding. The presentation was well thought out and we were pretty much sold, halway through Jay presenting. 

Jeff, the System Design Specialist, was very professional and a wealth of information and was very helpful. The installation team were prompt and quick yet thorough and clean.

From the first meeting with the company rep to come out to look at our sinking concrete problem thru the entire process of job completion, all was so professional, friendly and so very easy to work with. Ian was the head repair person on our job and from start to finish clearly explained all he was going to and then did a remarkable job. Very satisfied with the job. We had been looking to fix the concrete problem for about 5 years before getting a quote from Quality 1st. The System Design Specialists presentation was very informative and the installation team was the best. 

I was very satisfied with the work I had done. I was thinking about getting this job done for 2 months before moving forward with Quality 1st. I couldn’t be more pleased with how Quality 1st Basement handled my problem. We have an area in our home on a slab consisting of 2 rooms and a hall. Over the years the center of the area, which is 22’X12’, dropped about 2.5 inches, and less at the foundations. I had contractors in who wanted to tear the floor up, others that wanted to put leveling cement down, and some who had no idea. Then I found Quality 1st Basement. Jeff came, spent almost 2 hours with us walking us through the PolyLEVEL process, and answering all our questions and concerns. We contracted the next morning, and scheduled the job for 2 weeks out. The 2-man crew just came. Arturo explained the procedure, what they were going to do, and how, and answered all my questions. Then they suggested how to proceed based on issues that cropped up. In less than 3 hours they were done, including clean up. The floor is now completely level, done quickly, at a fraction of the cost of other alternatives. Jeff, the crew, and the office were great and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Quality 1st Basement.
