Front Sidewalk With Trip Hazards in Pennsville, NJ

Trip hazards can cause a serious accident if not removed. Nick and his team removed the trip hazards in front of this home in Pennsville, NJ with PolyLevel. They drilled small penny-size holes into the sidewalk and injected the polyurethane foam underneath. The foam is waterproof and environmentally friendly; all voids are fill underneath and the slab is raised back to level.

Pool Patio Leveled in Pennsville, NJ

This homeowner in Pennsville, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was beginning to sink and become unlevel. This happens because the soil underneath the concrete is poorly compacted. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids underneath the concrete. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe, provided an inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam. Our foreman, Ramon Romero, began installing our PolyLevel Injection System. This is done by drilling tiny holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. PolyLevel has expanding properties that allow for accurate lifting and leveling of the slab. Now, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about tripping near their home!

Pool Deck Repair in Pennsville, NJ

A homeowner in Pennsville, NJ was interested in repairing their pool patio, before closing it for the summer, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. Our System Design Specialist, Chris B., provided a thorough inspection and measured how far the concrete had sunk. After finding the concrete had sunk a little over two inches, Chris recommended the patio be repaired using the Polylevel Injection Method. Polylevel is a durable and long-lasting solution to concrete repair. It's waterproof, environmentally friendly, and takes fifteen minutes to recover. After the repair, the homeowner was relieved that they no longer had to worry about tripping hazards!
