This homeowner in Lunenburg wanted to level out the concrete around their inground pool. As the soil base beneath the deck settled over the years, so did the concrete it supported. This resulted in very uneven slabs and trips hazards forming throughout the deck. This before and after highlights one side of the pool, where our production team successfully lifted the concrete more than an inch to create a safer patio for this homeowner. 

The condition of the concrete around this pool in Westborough, MA was not in the best of shape. Several sections were uneven or sloping in various directions, and cracks had formed and created trip hazards. Removing and replacing all the concrete would be very costly and time consuming, and so the homeowner opted for the better solution with PolyLevel. Our team was able to lift and level the concrete sections and seal all the cracks in just a day, and the homeowner was able to walk on the surface within minutes. 

A homeowner in Cranston, Rhode Island was concerned with their concrete patio cracking and settling, creating tripping hazards. Noticing that the problem was getting worse, they wanted to lift and stabilize the concrete before further damage occurred.

Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, went to the home to conduct a free home inspection. After completing the inspection, he recommended installing PolyLevel to lift and level the sunken concrete. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam used to fill voids between the soil and concrete. Our installation crew drilled tiny holes in the concrete in order to inject the foam. After lifting the concrete back to its original spot, NexusPro joint repair was used to seal the cracks. NexusPro stops water from making its way underneath the concrete, preventing shifting and cracking.

With the application of these products, the patio has become a safe and more visually appealing space.

This homeowner in New London, New Hampshire, didn't like the look of the garage slab. The concrete was cracking and flaking and the homeowners wanted to find a solution to improve the aesthetic of the garage. Rather than tear out the concrete and replace it with new, which would be messy and costly, our production team successfully lifted the slab with PolyLevel. It was a great outcome and the homeowner was very pleased with the results.
