The coping around this pool in North Andover had separated from the concrete pool deck as the patio settled over the years. When our team arrived, the concrete had settled up to 2 inches in some spots. This created a dangerous trip hazard around the perimeter of the pool.

After installation of PolyLevel, this joint was near level, and the trip hazard had disappeared. Rather than rip out and replace all the concrete, this solution was cost effective and quick, as repairs took a single day.

With the concrete lifted and leveled, NexusPro is then installed to seal concrete joints and cracks. This silicone-based sealant prevents further settling and cracking, while offering an attractive aesthetic to the concrete deck.
