He reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions looking for a permanent solution that was also quick and affordable.

Our Design Specialist, Kenneth Calabrese, recommended installing PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete. This polyurethane foam is injected underneath the concrete slab to fill voids in the soil. This is a much more affordable and quicker option compared to replacing the concrete, all while providing a finished product that will last. Once the concrete was lifted and leveled, our Installation Specialist applied NexusPro to concrete joints and cracks. This ensures the long-term health of the concrete, preventing cracking and further settling. It also makes for an attractive finish.

With the job complete, a safe and aesthetically pleasing walkway is now in place. The homeowner was very satisfied.

PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the concrete slab, instantly providing lift. Our installation crew then levels the concrete, thus eliminating trip hazards. With the concrete lifted and leveled, NexusPro is then installed to seal concrete joints and cracks. This silicone-based sealant prevents further settling and cracking, while offering an attractive aesthetic to the concrete deck.

After seeing the final result, the homeowner was thrilled to have a safe and attractive looking deck.
