This homeowner reached out to us with great concern over the noticeable settlement in the middle of his home. It was creating even more hard-to-ignore effects on the outside, and as you can see in the before image, the inside of his home as well. Large voids has formed under his floor and slab of his home, resulting in a dangerous lack of support. Fortunately, we came prepared for the perfect solution. Our crews were able to inject our expanding PolyFoam beneath the slab to fill the void and strengthen the surrounding areas. Not only did this level out the floors and add protection, we were able to get rid of some of those nasty gaps that had formed around the home as well. Great job team!

Our foundation repair crew's main goal is to first stabilize the home, always in the safest manner. We do not want to push the home further than we should and create more damage. Sometimes in the process of stabilizing, we are able to achieve some lift. You'll notice in these two images that the crack between the window and the wall has shrunk, and the separation in the brick has gotten closer. The most important part, preventing further settlement was achieved, and we are happy to see we could help with some of the cracking as well!
After out stabilization process, the cracks on the outside walls of this home sealed up very nicely! How far we can seal cracks will vary from home to home, but we're always happy to see when we can safely make a visual difference.
