This actually isn't the first crawl space we have worked on for this family! The owner of this home reached out to us to see what could be done for the underside of his home after we encapsulated his father's crawl space. Both homes were seeing similar issues, including standing water, high humidity, and mold. This crawl space actually already had a vapor barrier installed as a way to try to protect against moisture, but as you can see in the before photo, it wasn't doing the greatest job. Our crew came in and replaced this barrier with our CleanSpace Liner, a much thicker liner that is secured to every part of the crawl space, walls and supports included. To reduce humidity, they removed all the soaked insulation, made the crawl space air tight, and installed a dehumidifier. Local moisture from the ground, and water that may somehow find its way into the crawl space, is collected with our TripleSafe Sump Pump system, and send out of the underside of the home. Both homes are now as protected as they can get against dangerous moisture, and mold has no moist areas to thrive. This crawl space was inspected by our system design specialist, Andrew, and the encapsulation was installed by one of our foremen, Noah. Great job team!
The homeowner in Hickory, MS was in the midst of extensive renovations when they realized the importance of safeguarding their home against moisture by ensuring their crawl space had the right protection. As you can see in the before photo, signs of moisture troubles were clear in the unprotected crawl space. Recognizing this, we implemented a comprehensive solution. First, we installed our high-quality CleanSpace encapsulation to seal the area effectively. Next, we added Drainage Matting beneath it to ensure seamless water direction. To further secure the foundation, our TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed to manage drainage reliably. Finally, we included the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to achieve optimal humidity control. Together, as shown in the after photo, these measures transformed a damp and vulnerable crawl space into a robust and dry foundation. This thorough approach not only protects against future moisture issues but also enhances the overall air quality and durability of the home’s structure.
It is hard to believe that these two images were taken inside the same crawl space. It once contained moisture, fallen insulation, and trash, but now all of that has been replaced by our Encapsulation System! Visually the difference is striking, but even more important, the level of moisture control is much different as well. Our CleanSpace Liner is covering the ground, supports, and walls of the crawl space to act as a barrier against moisture, while our crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system are in place to regulate humidity and send away collected water. We're proud of the difference our team was able to make!
Our MOLD-X2 treatment is a powerful spray we use to help the crawlspace get rid of mold. It works in seconds, safely eliminating mold spores and stains.
We always recommend encapsulation when mold is present so we can treat the underlying issues. Otherwise, mold treatment is just a bandaid that will eventually have to be redone.
This dental clinic in Laurel, MS was sitting on top of a crawlspace filled with moisture and mold. Obviously, this isn't good since most of the air we breathe inside travels up from the under the structure. Our team was able to go out and do a full inspection of the crawlspace. We were able to show the owner our encapsulation process and how it fixes their issue. They liked our system and felt it would suit their needs. We removed the debris that filled the crawlspace and installed our waterproofing system. We left with a happy customer!
