Here is a look at a crawlspace that we tackled in Moss Point, Mississippi. One of our crews, led by our foreman, David, neatly laid down a durable Cleanspace Liner on the floor of the crawlspace and wrapped it up the supports of the crawlspace. This isn't just a fresh new look, it is a serious protection against moisture seepage and intrusion. Unpictured, is our crawlspace dehumidifier, also installed in this crawlspace to bring the varying humidity levels down to safe, stable percentage. 

This homeowner in Pascagoula, MS had experienced some softness in his floors for several years, but it wasn't enough to seem like an emergency that needed to be dealt with immediately. After enough time had passed, things quickly got worse and the floors began to noticeably buckle. He reached out to our company to come take a look and see what could be done, and we sent one of our design specialists out to do exactly that. Underneath the home, he found plenty of moisture in a humid space that had been left unchecked and slowly causing damage all this time. The floors could be replaced, but if this wasn't taken care of, the same issues would come back around. We proposed our Encapsulation System to prevent this, and the homeowner decided to move forward in order to make a permanent change for his home. With the entire system, including our CleanSpace Liner, Dehumidifier, and sump pump in place, we were able to create a dry environment that will no longer put any floors at risk.

This home in Jackson was experiencing severe foundation problems. The floors were falling from lack of support in the crawlspace. You can see in the photos how far it was sagging and pulling away from the walls. We were able to remedy the issues with our Smart Jacks and Supplemental Beams in the areas that were falling. The lift we got from this procedure was incredible and stabilized the floors permanently. Now the home is safe and secure and we left with a happy customer!

Here is a great look at the drastic effect our foundation solutions had for this home. The homeowner was extremely concerned to see their wall literally pulling away from their floor, creating a pretty large and unsightly gap. We sent out one of our talented design specialists to check on the condition of the foundation and to see if anything could be done about this rough situation. While our number one goal is to always stabilize and make sure foundations are safely in place, if it seems possible, we can try to achieve some lift as well. After taking a thorough look at the home, our design specialist was sure we could make a big change for this home. Once our crew got out there and completed their work on the foundation, the homeowner was shocked to see the difference. The wall and the floor completely reconnected! But there isn't just a change in aesthetics, this entire home is now completely stabilized and safe from future settlement and more intense issues like these. We are very proud of the genius and the hard work of each team member who had a play in making this possible!

When it comes to repairing foundations, our main goal is to make sure the foundation is stabilized and safe. Our crews will attempt to achieve some lift, but will not sacrifice the stability of the home to do so. In this home's case, the foundation cooperated enough with us to seal up this crack quite a bit!
