Thank you American Waterworks for your excellent installation of our basement system! Over the last 17 years we have dealt with water in our basement on an on/off basis and always hated it when we had to clean up water and move or throw stuff away. You installed our system last summer and I am sleeping so much better and smile every time I hear the pump run - sending water outside! What a Blessing your organization is!

Any conversations with the office staff wre upbeat and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and capable of directing my call to appropriate personnel. Brian R. was very knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth. Brian's a keeper! Troy and Chris know the in's and out's of heir job. They are very down to earth, hardworking, and gave 110% on a very hot day, and the cleanup was great. I highly recommend American Waterworks for the work recently done in our basement. I sleep better knowing all is well in our basement and with our outside concrete improvements. Thank you! 

The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. If they don't have the answers, I can count on them finding someone who can assist in answering my questions. Mitch, my serice tech, was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered my questions fully. I appreciate Mitch for adding written notes on my "service record." That's a good base line for future services. The cleanup was very good also; you wouldn't have even known he was here! 

I had an internal drainage system installed on November 30, 2020. Edgar was the Foreman/lead technician. I had 6+ inches of rain from Saturday to Sunday this past weekend. Thanks to American Waterworks, the inside of my house is nice and dry! Thank you! That rain paid for my system right there. IT would have been awful had I not had it! The photos are of my front lawn and the side lawn during the worst of the storm. Thanks again! 

They showed up right on time and proceeded to hang plastic sheeting to control the dust from flying out of the work area. They also put tarps down to protect the floor and steps. They quickly took out the concrete floor that they needed in order to do the work. Once they were done with that, they quickly installed a sump pump and related plumbing, and replaced the removed concrete. After they removed the plastic sheeting, the only way you could tell they were there is by the fresh concrete part of the floor, and so far, there is no water in the basement. 

We had 4 inches of rain and no water in our basement after our waterproofing system was installed! The office staff was great. The system design specialists, Rick Weber, was excellent, and the crew was great! They worked hard non-stop. 

We saw American Waterworks truck at our neighbor's house, which led us to research the company. The customer care staff were very nice to deal with and very quick to respond. My Design Specialist, Michel, was very good to deal with and excellent in addressing my questions. He was an excellent communicator! And the design seemed great.  The crew that came out to my home was fantastic! They were so nice to deal with and they were even kind to my dog! Overall, the whole process was great. Hopefully this will help our basement to be dry. We look forward to the spring when they'll dig the line for the sump pump outlet. Thank you! 

Hugo and his crew were excellent.  They worked hard and went the extra mile to satisfy us.  They were very respectful, very courteous and very very nice people. 

The call representatives at American Waterworks were wonderful to work with, and the service technician (Kyle) was very cordial and pleasant. He definitely seemed knowledgeable about my basement system and brought a humidity problem to my attention - which we fixed with the install of the SaniDry. American Waterworks is one of the best companies I have worked with! Kyle was excellent! 

Tom was good and very informative.  When I had problems they were very prompt at coming to fix things.  

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the four men you sent out to do the work of fixing our water leak in the basement. They were such hard workers and never even sat down for a break to eat. They were very polite to us and knocked on our door each time they had a question. They cleaned up any messes and used appropriate language when talking and that meant a lot. They worked steady until they finished everything in one day and they were able to save a trip to come back here. It was so nice to see people working so hard and caring about doing things right. Please tell them we were very pleased with their work.

The crew came earlier than scheduled, worked extremely hard, only took a short lunch break. They explained things to me well and asked me what i wanted done if something came up and gave me what options I had. I have a crawl space that they had to go in for the piping to the sump pump. They were very polite and what an amazing job they did. Very impressed with their knowledge and work, I would Highly recommend them to anyone with water problems in their basement.

The Service Technicians came to do an annual inspection/service on the basement waterproofing and window installation we had done last summer. The technicians were great! They are polite, professional, and very knowlegeable. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend! 

Jen is quite helpful with questions and concerns.  She finds answer immediately.  Chad, the gentleman who gave me the estimate, explained everything the workers would do in detail.  He was professional and courteous and very brave.  The spiderwebs didn't bother him at all.  The production crew were not only courteous, but caring, professional and happy.  They would laugh and sing and joke while doing their job.  It was a pleasure to hear such jovial workers!!  An amazing crew!!! The attitude of your people is outstanding and they weren't happy and satisfied unless I was happy and satisfied.  

Our basement was a big project with 2 different levels. The guys started on Monday and were done by Thursday. They were very courteous to us, our kids and home. I felt bad all the running up and down the stairs they were doing carrying broken concrete and stone. But they worked hard and I really didnt see them just stand around. Was very impressed. It has been tested and our basement is dry! We now don't panic when it rains!!
