The office staff was quick to set up our appointment. The service technician, Kyle, patiently explained the entire process for our waterproofing annual maintenance. He answered all of our questions, was friendly, and very accommodating. We are very pleased with the service department! We will continue to use American Waterworks. See you next year! 

The Design Speciliast I met with was Dustin Loftus. I had a great experience with him, and he represented the company well. After meeting with him, I was excited for the installation of our waterproofing project. Austin Lucas, Jeromy Anderson and Matthew Hendrix waterproofed a portion of my basement. The team at American Waterworks should know that they did nothing but a superb job. From the time they arrived until we waved goodbye, they were friendly and informative and did excellent work. I would like to see them receive some sort of attaboy or at least some sort of recommendation for making the company look so stellar! 

Our experience with American Waterworks was great! The Design Specialist, Mike, was very thorough, easy to talk to, and very professional. The pricing for our waterproofing and radon mitigation project was competitive. The Foreman, Raul, and his crew were absolutely excellent! Very satisfied with the work completed, and the cleanup was great. Raul and his team exceeded our expectations! Incredibly hardworking! Thank you! 

My Design Specialist, Mac, was very thorough in his presentation and gave good answers to me about the scope of the project. Jeromy and his installation crew used floor covers and plastic curtains to mitigate the clean-up. They were considerate and effective.  At our first meeting with Jeromy and workers, they extended cordiality and determination to do their best work. They performed as promised! I was at high-level stress because of a mishap with a city sewer line. Thank you for understanding my anxiety! 

Impressive office staff. I've had Ben as the Service Technician a couple times, and he is always very pleasant and very efficient. I'm so thankful for this working waterproofing system, especially when it rains non-stop like it has!! 

You guys took care of our basement last year, and we noticed our pumps were running last night after all of the rain, and no water came in! We used to have to wake up during heavy rain to vacuum up water. But now we are planning on getting a cozy carpet in the basement! Your customer service is also fantastic! The person who took our call was prompt and most helpful regarding our appointment dates and times. Ben is a keeper! He has serviced our sump pump and back-up for at least four years now. He always goes the distance for us. He also takes his time to explain all the tests and checks. From sump pump installation to re-checks, to our cement-lifting, we are always pleased and grateful with American Waterworks. They help provide peace of mind from a lot of water worry! 

I wanted to finish my basement and eliminate the remaining 10% of water issues. I found the American Waterworks website and looked at all three minute videos which was informative. I contacted them by phone and a packet with their services listed arrived shortly after with more information. I had a company representative come to the house and take measurements and inspect the basement for what they had to do. Very professional and represented the company well. The price was lower than what I had estimated and received discount for the preferred payment option. The three-man crew arrived right on time, worked hard, only taking a break for lunch that we gave them. The entire job was done in about 8 hours. I was very pleased and impressed. This was is December of 2016. They advised that since the ground was frozen, they'd have to come back in the spring to finish the outside underground portion. In May of 2017, a representative contacted me to arrange a date. A different crew arrived on time and finished in about 2 hours. Very professional. 

I want to recommend American Waterworks not only for the great job they did raising all of my cement sidewalk and repairing the broken pieces. They came back and fixed one of the pieces that had settled. They do guarantee their work and it looks amazing! I want to share that the guys who came over to do the work are professional, meticulous, and quick. The entire sidewalk was done within two hours. In addition, they added grout in between making it look like it was brand new. It truly is amazing how this process works. I am super happy with the job and would recommend American Waterworks to get the job done timely and they guarantee their work.

The office staff was very helpful! The Design Specialist, Dustin, went right to work inspecting our home. He was very nice and really knew what he was doing. The installation crew was very good and well organized. They did a really nice job and cleaned up everything very well. We are very satisfied with the entire process! 

I wanted to pass along my high regards for Alex Whitney, Service Technician. Alex provided my first annual inspection. Alex was prompt, cheerful, and very patient with my many questions. He reviewed/inspected all the work done. Alex gave me an excellent primer on my sump system and improved the drainage gradient. I hope you are as pleased with Alex's dedication and skills as what I witnessed. 

I was made aware of American Waterworks after I saw an advertisement on TV. Then, I went to a Home Show in Eau Claire and talked with the design specialist there. I also spoke with a few other people who have used American Waterworks in the past. The office staff was very nice and helpful. The design specialist, Chad, was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and got back to us when we called him. He knows his stuff and is very direct and honest. The installation process was good and quick! The crew was very polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were good, hard workers!! I would recommend American Waterworks to others, and am overall very pleased with our waterproofing project so far! 

I was very pleased with the work Edgar did for me! He did an excellent job with the spray foam and I want him to be recognized for it. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. He deserves a raise!

The office staff was very responsive and helpful. As with all high-quality enterprises, you guys were "bunched up" but you got back to me with an earlier opening, which was awesome! The Design Specialist who came to my home and analyzed our problem and suggested a solution was absolutely outstanding! We had work done by two other companies and had bad results, but this representative was fantastic! The installation process and crew was also the best! They were hardworking, polite, and competent.
