My basement walls were under pressure and giving way. Alfords came in and installed helical beam supports along the entire back wall. Additionally, they updated the floor waterproofing system and installed a beautiful new sump pump. It's so clean and dry and nice in my basement that I am the envy of the neighborhood. Thank you Alfords!!

We are extremely happy with John Goodall's level of craftsmanship and careful execution; he made sure every step of the way that he was doing the kind of professional work he'd want done in his own home-and we appreciated that care so much. I knew I had a mold issue and brought Alford in to give me a quote. During the inspection, they found some dry rotting floor joists. They talked me through all the options and I hired them to repair the floor joists, add additional supports, and perform the mold treatment.They originally planned on three days for the floor joists but were done in two, despite the cramped crawl space they had to work in. Mold treatment was done in a day.I wish I could afford the full crawl space encapsulation, but I'm very happy with the work they did.

Alford Home Solutions did a great job, they were easy to deal with, and they stayed busy until the job was done. The office staff is very friendly, and they gave me the answer to my questions. The solutions specialist went over scope of work step by step, and answered all questions I had.
