We have my mother's basement waterproofed.  The workers were very profession, plus friendly.  They answer all the questions we had.  Also, I was concerned about the mess that would result from breaking up the concrete floor in the basement.  There was hardly any mess at all.  Overall it was a good experience.  We have had some rain since the job was completed.  The sump pumps worked as expected.  However, we have not had a downpour to see how things will work.  Saying all that, I would recommend Alford Home Solutions to anyone wanting to do some waterproofing.

Justin Tyler, Travis Fields, and Mat Kitchen were very professional and efficient in their work. Excellent and easy to work with. 

I had a big waterproofing job done, and I could not be happier with the crew I had. I had a number of estimates done, and most companies were estimating that the job would take at least a month. Aaron's crew finished it in less than two weeks! I have multiple properties and have worked with a number of contractors. I have never seen anyone work as tirelessly as Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh. The three-person crew arrived early and regularly worked at least 10-hour days. I could not believe the progress they made and how intense they worked. By Day 3, I trusted them with a key to the building (which I have never done before). Aaron put himself in my shoes and treated the project as if it were his own.Additionally, Aaron was a great with communicating at every step of the process. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he made sure I understood what was going on at every step of the process. Amazingly, they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there, which just doesn't happen in this field. I have never been so impressed. If you need any work done, you should specifically request Aaron and his crew. That will be my first call for all of my projects going forward. If Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh aren't available, let Alford know you are willing to get in line. These three guys are worth waiting for!

Great job Rob & Tommy! She said that you all were VERY professional and VERY respectful. She overpaid for her job and received a check back for the overpaid balance and said that our company had restored her faith in humanity. She said we were a truly incredible and honest company. She also went on to say that because we have made her so happy that she is going to be getting some other work done because of how incredibly pleased she was with us. 

Crew was courteous, kind, hard working and efficient. I am 100% a satisfied customer!! 

Scott is the first person that came in my home to work that covered up his shoes. He is a wonderful person, great personality, always on time, and does a great job.

Danny was wonderful, he left a quote and showed us options on his laptop. 

I want give a big plus to all of the guys on the crew. Cody was the foreman and there was Paul, Shane, and one other employee, Mason. The four guys were all very nice and any time that I asked the guys about something, they would take time to answer the question/address the problem. 

Mike, Dennis and their young helper, Ethan, did a fantastic job! Explained the job and how things worked in a simple manner. I highly recommend this company! 

To whom it may concern:        I would like to say in appreciation of your crew and their work done on our basement was excellent. They worked very hard getting done considering working around some issues we had. (Repair busted pipes). Any complaint we may have had resulted in immediate results. (actions) They were all about customer satisfaction and appreiation. I would like to say the both employees have earned recognition for Employee of the Month. 

Our technician, Scott Elswick, is always polite, caring, and is very careful in checking for any problems that have been reported to him. He has always come in immediately when we call him. He never hesitates to explain the problem and how he solved it.

Extremely satisfied. Our basement is beautiful.  They are the BEST. They were fast and efficient. Very friendly and helpful.  It was explained to us very well. The crew worked a miracle.  I never dreamed our basement could look so good. 

My wife and I finally found a home we wanted and it had a crack in one of the basement walls. My good friend Ryan Holmes and his team - Greg, Ryan & Ron fixed the wall Carbon Fiber Straps. They gave us peace of mind, a transferable lifetime warranty, and the ability to refinish the wall easily because of the straps. And they did it all in a very timely manner! So far so good with the job.  I will need to give it some time to see if the problem is fixed.  The installation crew was a group of good guys and good workers.  The office staff was good.  The Solution Specialist was knowledgable and he explained everything. In fact, one of the top reasons I went with the company was because of Jerry's presentation and knowledge.  

I just want to thank you and Jason for making our closing on 31 Tiney Street happen!  It truly would not have happened without your quick work and VERY helpful attitude.  This closing seemed doomed from the beginning of the week; one thing after the next.  We could NOT have gone to closing without a new inspection, then to find a problem at the last minue was.........So, thanks again for all your help.
