Christian, Mical and Derick worked on stabilizing the foundation of our house. They worked tirelessly. Christian explained everything they would be doing each day. He answered all our questions. The guys were very polite and respectful. The floors feel so much better.

Dustin came out to my home to look the project over.He took his time and was not in a hurried state at all. I appreciated the fact that he earned my business. I work with contractors all the time they don’t mean to do this but they do. They talk at you. Dustin talked to me about the project. He listen to me and made suggestions for the project. Highly recommend Alford Home Solutions! These guys called ahead of time to let me know when they would be at my home. This really helped with moving around meetings, as I work from home. Once they got here, they used my side door to haul materials in and out without disturbing me. Aaron and Josh were fast workers, extremely professional, and were sure to get my thoughts when the project went a little different than originally planned. They also left the project site nice and tidy upon the completion of the job. Overall, very pleased with the service!!    

The planning of the job is what caused me to go with Alford Home Solutions and as for the quality it was superior to others who were contracted. The work was completed as contracted and they were very professional. I will call again if further needs arise.

I told Adam we wanted only what was needed, for it to be cost effective, and qaulity work. You guys delivered! Adam did not try to push more on us than what had to be done and other companies did.

The Alford crew just completed an extensive foundation and basement project for us and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They were totally professional, personable but not intrusive, their work was impeccable, and they finished on the exact date they were scheduled to be done! Special shout out to foreman Matt and to usual crew members Paul and Dillon! I would highly recommend them!

To whom it may concern, Based on his past 3 visits I have found that Greg Igo is a fine representative for Alford Home Solutions. He is cordial and very professional in his manners. He does a thorough job and is very conscientious of my requests. He calls ahead of showing up and works with me on making sure we are home to receive the full services.

Matt & his crew did a fantastic and very professional job stabilizing our garage wall with tie backs. We had a structural engineer look at the completed work who was also very satisfied with the work. There was a lot of dust even after the crew left, so just be ready. It’s worth the dust to have the peace of mind that our wall is solid. Zack also came out and did some electrical work for us and did a great job. He was very transparent and communicated with me exactly what he was finding and what needed to be done. He gave me a price to do the work and then even did the work the same day. He encountered a couple of obstacles but looped us in and explained his solution. Very happy with the work Alford did on our home!!!
