I would HIGHLY recommend them. They did a great job fixing the foundation wall and everything that needed to be done. Dennis, Mike & Caleb were awesome very professional and hard-working. Shane was the electrician who came to install some electrical things as part of the job we had done on the foundation. He was awesome as well. There truly is nothing negative at all to say about this company period. They are fabulous. I highly recommend them for any job a person may need to have done.

5 STAR REVIEW: Very thorough and courteous

Alford's team consisting of the foreman, "Junior" (Jamiel), Chris, and Kaden, completed the outside foundation repair portion of my project today. Even with being hampered by rain, wind, tornado warning sirens, and wet earth, they completed the job on schedule. The whole team was experienced and knowledgeable about the difficulty of the project and work; everyone individually explained details in a manner that even a layman could understand; everyone appeared to take pleasure in the work that they do and the company they work for. Phase 2 was Alford performing the main beam and joists stabilization, with 13 of their smartjacks and 3 sister beams. I can imagine that this was a very difficult job from the narrow crawl spaces. But the team of Marquese, David, and Brandon made my house level again. I got home early on the last day, and Marquese took me underneath and showed me the metal beams that they installed and the strong supports. Every question I had, he answered from experience and knowledge. I also want to give a shoutout to the project manager, Tim, for his rapid responses to questions I had and his coordination with my work schedule, and to Drew for his complete and transparent explanation of the project during estimation. All in all, I'm well satisfied with choosing Alford for this extensive project.

I called to get an estimate to get our back porch fixed. Danny Cook called several times to let us know when he would be at our home. He was on time. He talked and show us what could be done; then he let us make up our mind what we wanted done. He scheduled an appointment. We had a very good experience getting this started. I had previously posted a negative review for our driveway repair. I am so happy to say that Alford came back and fixed the problems we had with the repair. Andrew and Taylor are excellent at what they do, and I am totally satisfied with their work. And they are super nice guys too! Thank you Alford Company, Andrew, and Taylor for taking good care of us. I would highly recommend this company for their work, and for their customer service.

Ryan is great! He explained the process and took time to answer any questions. The crew was great as well. They were prompt, kind, and cleanup was excellent!

All employees were VERY professional and friendly. Their quality of work was fantastic. We are very pleased and will be contacting Alford Home Solutions in the future for other work we need done.

Taylor and Evan were punctual and ready to work. They were here to lift my concrete porch. They explained the process to me and took questions professionally. We thought we might had an issue, but they investigated and provided a solution. Taylor and Evan worked efficiently and stayed focused on the job until it was completed. Job well done!

We recently had the entire floor in our boarding resurfaced. This included grinding down the old floor, cleaning up the micro-dust, washing it down, then laying the SparTek flooring. Both Murph and Doug did an outstanding job! They were extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. They answered every question that came up for us. They stuck to their schedule and even finished a day before the expected finish date. The best part is that our kennel floors look like a million dollars! I would definitely recommend Alford Home Solution and also recommend having the SparTek floors poured if you had an interest in it.
