We had Fortress Foundation Solutions install several components in our basement - power braces, gutters, and a sump pump. Danny, our sales rep, was excellent. He answered all of our questions during the initial appointment as well as a few afterward. We never felt pressured to sign or commit to the proposal which allowed us time to thoroughly review and explore our options. The team who did the install - Cope, Jeremy, and Ricky - were also excellent. They were not annoyed by us checking progress, asking questions, or taking pictures of the work throughout. We obtained additional proposals from other companies and did extensive research, but ultimately went with Fortress because of their reviews, proposal, and pricing. They will absolutely be our first call for any future work we may need!

Paul was great to work with! He did a great job explaining the problem with my leak. I'm really appreciative of him taking the time to determine the source of the problem rather than making quick assumptions. Thanks, Paul and Fortress!

We recently hired Fortress Foundation Solutions to install a sump pump in our pool room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!Travis, Jack, and Josh were fantastic. They were courteous, professional, and extremely efficient throughout the entire installation. They took great care of our space by setting up containment tents to prevent dust from spreading around the pool room, and they completed both the indoor and outdoor work right on schedule. When the job was done, they performed a thorough cleanup and took the time to give us a detailed demonstration of how the new system works before leaving.Overall, it was a smooth, top-notch experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions for any sump pump needs!
