I contacted Kurtis knowing him from real estate. I believed I had a foundation issue with my home. Kurtis was at my property the next day doing a full Inspection. After the Inspection he walked me through his findings even using a very cool laser level to explain what was going on with my property. After further discussion and going over a number of solutions we settled on a power brace system for my bowing wall for my basement. I did not have a water problem but the power brace solution offered a solution for a future possible issue that was very intriguing.Long story short i moved ahead with Fortress and in a matter of a short 2 weeks fortress had a crew at the property with the Forman in charge named Alex! Alex went through the full scope of work and walk me through every step of the way for a refresher of the work to be done.

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of Mike, Austin and Isaiah. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Troy, Jon, Kelly, and the many others involved in the structural project at my home,   The work on my home has certainly been a process and more paperwork for you than I could have imagined.  The final inspection has been approved and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you very much for your hard work.     First I want to say how thankful I was to receive the information package and booklet with photos explaining the process.  Being clueless to this type of work, I found it very helpful.     In speaking to you and others on the Fortress staff, as well as through texts and emails, I was immediately struck by your professionalism and don't laugh, but your good manners as well (not often experienced in my line of work).  When Troy came to view my home and provide the estimate, he immediately put me at ease.  His knowledge and experience was evident.  After initially being denied coverage by my homeowners insurance company, Troy took the time to speak with them and they have agreed to reimburse me for a good portion of the repair work.  Thank you Troy!     I also want to congratulate you on your crew who did the repair work.  Lucky and his two other crew members were three of the most hard working young men I have ever met, particularly in this day and age when it's difficult to find people who want to work at all.  They were professional, friendly, and took care of my property.  Their cleanup was exceptional, as was taking care not to damage my steep gravel driveway and trees and plants that were in their way.     You all certainly went the extra mile and I very much appreciate that!     Thank you, Wendy

Bottom line, professional and knowledgeable people, I would work with them again.---Caleb was my sales contact, not pushy like JES salesmen are and a nice guy who took his time looking into my needs on the house.Toby and his crew Noah, Tyler, and Tim were a great foundation repair team. Now let me get into specifics, I live on a massive hill, my foundation could not be repaired in the price or time allotted during the estimate from Caleb. However Caleb did note that it may not be possible to do a repair without massive cost because of the crazy depth of my foundation being on the downward hill that my foundation needed repair on, yadda yadda yadda, I have a super deep foundation. Anyway the crew could not complete the job and they only allotted one day so I chose not to move forward because they'd have to go deeper and it would turn into a 4 ish day operation with increased costs. Toby was very clear and lucid when talking through the problems they encountered with my nuts deep foundation, I am putting a crack monitor and I am going to see if further movement happens in the time I own this house. Great team.I also had poly being done to raise and secure my front porch and sidewalk, that was Tim C. and Alex. They did a wonderful job and were able to complete the job. My porch was really bad from the previous owner's neglect so with what they had to work with turned out really very nice and makes my home look a heck better. Very happy with the poly team and they took the time to make it perfect.Final shoutout to Holley who sent me the bill before leaving work, however I then requested an itemized bill so she hopped back on and sent that over after she was already done for the day. Really appreciate that.

We are so impressed and thankful for the professionalism displayed and the knowledge shared from Fortress Foundation. We had noticed a few areas that thought may be concern and wanted to have them checked so we could address sooner than later or have peace of mind.Our appointment was set up at our convenience and we received a packet of information ahead of time. The packet included a photo of Caleb, the employee coming to do our evaluation.Caleb was very professional and had excellent communication - including calling the evening before to confirm and letting us know he could arrive a little earlier than planned if convenient for us. He also text to let us know when he was on the way and arrived timely.Caleb did a thorough review of our concerns and inspected our home and was happy to share there were no issues of concern. We are so thankful for the peace of mind and appreciate Caleb and others at Fortress. We will definitely reach out to them first if we have the need in the future.

Just wanted to let you know what a positive experience we had withSkylar. My mother was concerned that the foundation under the porch was failing. Skylar checked it out and determined the foundation was solid and showed us (my brother and I) what the problem was. Unfortunately, he said it wasn't something your company could help with, but talked with us about some solutions. He also checked out the rest of the house foundation as my mother was concerned about it also. He was very knowledgeable and, quite frankly, we were impressed that he didn't try to rush off once he determined your company wouldn't be able to help us.   If all your techs are like Skylar, I would feel very comfortable referring your company to others.

Riley did an incredible job when he came to our home. I was concerned about several cracks outside of the foundation so I called Fortress Foundations and I’m glad I did. Riley is a true expert. He was able to explain in clear terms what was happening and what I should and shouldn’t be concerned with. His demeanor is kind and welcoming and he was honest and sincere.
