Was super impressed with Riley Ethier from Fortress Foundation Solutions. We needed an estimate for a foundation problem on my Mom's house. Riley showed up right on time and went right to work. We were having a work day at the house and people were coming thru to look at the home for purchase but Riley worked in between all the chaos. Very professional and provided a detailed estimate. He was able to educate us via a computer program that was a big help as well. THANK YOU

The crew was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. They did the work efficiently and tested everything before they left. They minimized the dust and cleaned very well afterwards. They made it much easier for me. I would highly recommend anyone who needs basement or crawlspace work to use fortress foundation solutions. They are top notch, and you will not be disappointed. if I could give them more than five stars, I would.

The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... I am highly satisfied and pleased with everything - 10 out of 10!

I contacted Fortress for assistance with my property taking on groundwater. Joe Mancini visited my home to conduct an assessment. Joe was very upfront with me in sharing that, due to the construction of my property (not having a basement or crawlspace), Fortress was not able to provide the waterproofing service I sought. Despite this, Joe took the time to educate me as to the type of service I needed for my property type (even pulling and showing me pictures of an example of the needed work) and gave some suggestions on how to find the service. Joe did offer an air purifier for my space to assist with mold contamination in the air (due to the water issue), to try to help my situation. Jordan delivered/installed the air purifier at a time that was convenient to me. He was professional and fully demonstrated the function and maintenance of the unit.

Josh Bogle and his colleague Larry were truly first class in their professionalism, kindness and excellence in service. Best electrician in Virginia, bar none.

Initial call was super easy and appointment simple/quick to schedule. Danny C was incredibly communicative, flexible in scheduling and notifying me when he was on the way. He was prompt, super knowledgeable and explained everything to me. While we didn’t need the services to fix our issue, which Danny was completely honest and transparent about, my wife and I both thought he was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and an incredible representative of the company—we commented that we’d both hire him if we had a job for him and that FFS must do something right with their hiring.
