The crew communicated their arrival time, provided a detailed plan for the work, and were diligent in setting up mechanisms to protect the areas outside of the work zone from any excessive dust during the project. Fortress Foundation Solutions just completed work on waterproofing our basement. The crew worked very hard and efficiently. They were extremely polite! The crews consisted of Santiago, Ronnie Sr and Ronnie Jr. All excellent!

The whole operation was great from start to finish. Danny was very informative and patient with us in our timing. Scott was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and took the time to investigate all my concerns.

From day one of my drainage and sump pump install, the Fortress team was fantastic. My basement had flooded several times and this was not a cheap project. I talked to 5 different companies before settling on Fortress.   Disclaimer: I am NOT an easy customer when it comes to expensive projects like this. I read every fine print in detail and ask lots of questions, take my time on decisions, and cross compare between quotes and warranties etc. He was direct and courteous and followed up in a timely manner with every question I had. When he didn't know, his manager was prompt in supporting him and they did a lot of work to make sure I was happy before signing the contract.   On the days of the job, the team was also fantastic. Travis, Jack, Tim, were all kind and professional and did a really good job. I was home for the project and could also hear them talking all day. They got along great and figured out problems with the project in a timely manner. They remained professional and efficient throughout the whole project - all great qualities to see in a team working on your house!   Last week, we had rains that would have flooded my basement again, but my sump pump kicked in and it all worked beautifully. Clean and dry!   I would recommend this team again and when I'm ready for the next stage of my basement fix, I'll be calling them to do it.  

Rashad and Cody were absolutely wonderful! They came to my home to inspect my crawl spaces and theywere extremely professional, polite and went out of there way to ensure everything was ok and in working order. I love this company as their customer service is beyond amazing. We have used this company on multiple occasions and they always deliver.
