Initial call was super easy and appointment simple/quick to schedule. Danny C was incredibly communicative, flexible in scheduling and notifying me when he was on the way. He was prompt, super knowledgeable and explained everything to me. While we didn’t need the services to fix our issue, which Danny was completely honest and transparent about, my wife and I both thought he was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and an incredible representative of the company—we commented that we’d both hire him if we had a job for him and that FFS must do something right with their hiring.

Adam Catterson came out as a follow up to a home inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and explained his findings in an easy to understand manner. We would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Danny did a great job staying in communication with us during the whole process. Everything was very professional and well explained before the actual work started. Once the job began we had Travis and his crew and they were similarly fantastic to work with. Travis was very helpful and always checked with us first to confirm things were just the way we wanted.
