Tammy was dealing with water intrusion and high humidity in her Bracey crawl space. Left untreated, these conditions could have led to mold, structural damage, and poor air quality throughout the home. Warren and his crew completely transformed the crawl space by installing a CleanSpace® vapor barrier, EZ Flow drainage system, two TripleSafe™ sump pumps, a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier, and SilverGlo™ wall insulation. As shown in the after photo, the crawl space is now dry, sealed, and fully protected from moisture and humidity for the long term.
Homeowners in Hagerstown noticed their garage was cracking, settling, and becoming increasingly uneven. They called the experts at Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free evaluation. Joe was the System Designer on the project and knew the obvious solution was PolyLevel®. He explained how the hydrophobic foam would compress and stabilize the soil beneath the slab, fill the voids, and lift the concrete back toward its original position. Ethan and Samuel installed the PolyLevel® and sealed the cracks with NexusPro®, creating a cleaner appearance while helping prevent future soil washout and further damage.
In Lincoln, VA, a homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about their uneven and unsafe pool deck. Our inspection revealed soil movement and surface cracks as the main causes. To fix the issue, we used NexusPro® Joint Sealant to close cracks and protect against water damage, followed by our PolyLevel® system to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs. After injecting the expanding foam beneath the concrete, the deck was restored to a smooth, level, and secure surface. The result was a safer, long-lasting solution that gave the homeowner peace of mind and a renewed outdoor space.
A homeowner in Middletown, Maryland, had a sinking, unlevel sidewalk leading to their front door. It had become a tripping hazard, and fearing the cost of replacement, they reached out to Fortress. We sent Matt, our skilled System Designer, to perform a complete evaluation, and he showed the homeowner how we could lift and level their sidewalk for much less than the cost of replacement and with far less disruption.
A homeowner in Jefferson, Maryland noticed numerous cracks and uneven concrete around their pool and reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to see if we could help.
System Designer Joe met with the homeowners and performed a thorough inspection of the affected area. After investigating the cause of the sinking and cracked concrete, he determined that voids beneath the slabs were allowing the concrete to settle. Joe developed a customized repair plan to permanently address the issue.
The very next week, Ethan and Samuel arrived on site and expertly lifted and leveled the concrete surrounding the pool, restoring both the appearance and safety of the area.
