In Friendsville, MD, a homeowner faced sinking and uneven concrete around their pool, a common issue that can lead to structural and safety concerns. As demonstrated in the left photo, these uneven surfaces needed immediate attention. We addressed this problem by utilizing our advanced PolyLevel® system, which stabilized and lifted the concrete to an even position. This method restored the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the area. Additionally, we applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant to protect and maintain the renewed concrete. Tripping hazards can be very worrisome for homeowners. This home had a severe drop in their concrete that needed to be lifted and stabilized.  System Desinger, Paul Heckman, provided these homeowners with the confidence to know that our Poly Level Foam solution could solve this problem permanently. Our Foreman, Mickey Knight and Co-Foreman, Dom Wells, brought this garage and driveway back to its original state, leaving these homeowners with the peace of mind knowing this has been taken care of! 

This customer had some concerns about cracked and unlevel concrete in his home, so he reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions, who sent out our System Designer, Danny Camunas, to come take a look. After a thorough inspection, Danny designed a solution and gave him an estimate that same day. Shortly after, our Foreman, Mickey Knight, and his Co-Foreman, Dom Wells, came out and injected our PolyLevel Foam under the concrete to raise it up, making it nice and even. Our customer loved the result!

Lynchburg local Mike had noticed multiple cracks in the concrete surrounding the front of his house, with the most significant damage visible in his driveway. He called Fortress Foundation Solutions, and we sent one of our skilled System Designers to determine the cause of the cracking and movement. As suspected, a void beneath the concrete was causing the slab to settle. Once we confirmed the issue, Troy lifted the concrete back to level, compacted the soil beneath the slab, and sealed the cracks to help prevent water intrusion and future damage.

This client noticed his concrete patio sinking away from the house, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions. We sent out our System Designer, Brandon Conner, who inspected the porch thoroughly and gave our client an estimate. After he accepted it, our Poly Crew, Mickey Knight and Dominique "Dom" Wells, went out to complete the project. They lifted the concrete patio by injecting our PolyLevel Foam underneath, then sealed the cracks with our NexusPro Joist Sealant. Our client loved the look of his newly raised patio!
