This homeowner in Moneta reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had cracking in their basement floor and sidewalk.

Fortress went out to this home and used our PolyLevel Injection System to lift all sunken areas of the concrete back to their original position. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks.

Our System Designer, Paul Heckman, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.

This customer was about to close on this home and needed an appointment quickly. We were able to accommodate their time frame and got our System Designer, Sonny, out to take a look at their problem. There was extensive cracking in their concrete slab throughout the basement, so Sonny created a custom solution for the issues they were facing. Later, using PloyLevel and NexusPro Crack Repair, Foreman Tim and his crew were able to level out the concrete slab and seal the cracks. This solution will allow for the new owners to have peace of mind as they move into their new home and make it their own!
