Union Hall, VA Concrete Repair

This homeowner in Union Hall, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions to provide a solution for the sinking driveway at the residence. Our System Designer provided an estimate for our Concrete Lifting and leveling using the PolyLevel Injection System. Our Foreman and his crew went out to this home and began repairing this issue. The crew began by power washing the area. Next, they drilled small holes and injected our polyurethane foam. This foam helps to raise the effected area. Once the area is back to level, the crew then used our NexusPro Crack Repair to help fill in any cracks or imperfections.   

Moneta, VA Sidewalk Repair

This sidewalk in Moneta, VA was very uneven and a huge tripping hazard. It also diminished this house’s curb appeal. Instead of installing a costly replacement, this family called Fortress Foundation Solutions. Fortress was able to repair this sidewalk by using the PolyLevel Injection Method. Now the sidewalk looks brand new! Fortress also installed a SaniDry XP Dehumidifier in the basement Every basement needs a dehumidifier because they has high moisture levels because because they are underground.

This home in Moneta had a front walkway that was sinking and settling, becoming quite a trip hazard. They called Fortress to come out and we used our PolyLevel Injection System to lift and level that walkway, bringing it back up to it's original position.

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro crack repair was used to seal the cracks.
