This Suncook, New Hampshire, crawl space emitted cold drafts and high moisture levels. Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system and sprayed closed-cell polyurethane insulation to address the moisture and cold drafts. 

The homeowner called with a concern about the moisture in the basement that was moving its way up into the house. We installed a SmartDrain, a CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system with drainage matting under the liner, and lastly installed a SaniDry unit to limit moisture in the crawlspace.
