Water and damp conditions were affecting the crawl space beneath this Beecher Falls, Vermont, home. The homeowner had a sump pump, but it was old and ineffective. Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed Drainage Matting and CleanSpace® encapsulation, along with a TripleSafe® Sump Pump System, to manage incoming water and create a cleaner, drier, and better-protected crawl space.

This homeowner in Twin Mountain, New Hampshire, had a small crawl space with exposed earth floors, debris, and unsealed rim joist areas that allowed moisture and cold outside air to move beneath the home. Our team installed a full CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system, along with closed-cell spray foam insulation at the rim joists, to help create a sealed, better-protected crawl space environment.
