When an Essex, Vermont, homeowner wanted to rid their crawl space of nasty smells and cold drafts, they hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems. 

In Westford, Vermont Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems took care of an existing customer's crawlspace needs.  We installed a complete CrawlSpace Encapsulation System.  The system also had a SmartSump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier added to it.  To finish off the job Matt's team sprayed  polyurethane closed cell insulation to the rim joists.  The owner now has a completely weatherized crawl space.

This East Dorset, Vermont, crawl space was transformed with a CleanSpace encapsulation system and drainage matting. The completed system covers the exposed ground and creates a cleaner, brighter, and more protected area beneath the home.
