When a basement in Laconia, New Hampshire, suffered from water intrusion, the homeowner contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems for a permanent solution.
A homeowner in Concord, New Hampshire, began noticing water pooling along the edges of their basement floor after heavy rainstorms. The moisture was entering at the floor-wall junction, leaving the basement damp and raising concerns about long-term damage to the space.
To address the issue, a perimeter drainage system was installed to capture groundwater before it could reach the basement floor. The system directs water to a high-capacity sump pump that safely removes it from the home. With the new waterproofing system in place, the basement now remains dry and usable year-round.
To provide a permanent solution to managing the water pouring under the basement door and seeping through the perimeter of the basement, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems designed a custom waterproofing system for the homeowner in Loudon, New Hampshire.
