When a homeowner in Temple, New Hampshire, wanted to turn their nasty, wet basement into a dry, useable space, they hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.
When water kept creeping into a family's basement in Temple, New Hampshire, the homeowners called Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.
Before, this basement office in Hebron, New Hampshire, felt dark and closed due to a small, outdated basement window. After installing a new egress window system, the space now feels brighter, more open, and far more comfortable for everyday use, thanks to the increased natural light.
This full-height walkout basement in East Haven, Vermont, had wood-framed exterior walls and uninsulated rim joists that allowed cold air to affect the space during Vermont winters. Our crew applied closed-cell spray foam throughout the rim joists and wood-framed basement walls to create a continuous layer of insulation and help make the basement and rooms above more comfortable.
To stop water from causing further damage to a home in Bristol, New Hampshire, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a custom-designed waterproofing system. The waterproofing system will consist of a series of patent waterproofing products, designed to ensure the homeowner's basement will stay dry for years to come.
