Before our team arrived in Odonnell, TX, the homeowner faced a challenging issue: an unlevel sidewalk presenting a potential safety hazard. We addressed this by employing our PolyLevel® method, which involves injecting high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the concrete to stabilize, lift, and level the previously uneven surface. To ensure long-term durability, we also applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant, providing robust protection against water intrusion and future soil erosion. As you can see in the photo, our expertise transformed the site, restoring functionality and safety to the sidewalk.
These stairs at an apartment complex were sinking and pulling away from the structure. Our crew used our Polylevel foam to lift them back into place. The "exposed" foam was then sprayed with waterproof gray paint so that it looked like concrete.
This large patio was cracked and broken. It was unusable to the homeowner.
In one day, we lifted and leveled the concrete and sealed all the joints.
The homeowner was so happy that he could now use his patio again to host parties!
A customer reached out after seeing a video of concrete lifting using injection methods and wondered if it could work for their front porch. Their home, built in 1968, features a large concrete porch with a section that originally had a planter between it and the house. At some point, the planter was covered with concrete, which has since sunk about 4 inches. Both sections measure approximately 8x12. While the porch itself was fine, they wanted a solution to lift the concrete over the old planter rather than starting from scratch. Legacy inspected the situation and provided a tailored solution to restore their home.
The front porch of this home was sinking and allowing water to drain back underneath the home.
Our crew lifted the porch and sealed the joints with our patented products and now the homeowners
have a "new" porch!
