We contacted Redeemers Concrete about having the pool deck repaired after a section moved downward creating an uneven surface and possible tripping hazard. Redeemers made an appointment for reviewing the work required.Mark Cardona, a system design expert, called several days ahead of the scheduled appointment, confirming the date.Mark, was timely, is a great communicator, and making sure that we have a n understanding of the processes needed.It's wonderful to do business with a company that has great customer services and support.

I liked the fact I did not have to remove and replace the entire concrete slab, which would have been 3-4 times as expensive.

The appointment center was great.  The Design Specialist knew what he was talking about. The Installation Crew was a 10 out of 10. Those guys were great! Great job on the clean up process. I would recommend Redeemers Group on all concrete and foundation projects.

I chose Redeemers Group over other companies because of their presentation.  The Customer Care rep and the System Design Specialist were very professional.  The crew can work miracles with concrete. Definitely the ones to go to for a professional job. They are top of the line.  They did a great job with the clean-up.  I am a thousand percent satisfied.

Dalton and Randy worked very well together as team to prepare my 44 year old pool deck for stabilization, crack filling, pressure cleaning, foam treatment, and surface sealing. I am completely satisfied with the work performed, especially take care to prevent one pool wall from blowing out during foam injections. 

Renea Hoenback was knowledgeable and offered solutions we had not considered. Otha and Troy were very helpful and patient in answering questions. They completed the work in a timely manner. I am very satisfied, If we ever need foundation/basement work in the future, we will use Redeemer Group!

The sales person, Wes Cordell, was very personable and answered all my questions. Otha and Ray were very informative, keeping me knowledgeable of what they were doing. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this particular installation crew.  I chose this company because I liked the fact that you explained the process to me in terms I could understand, your promptness in visiting me, and the promptness on getting the job done.

The System Design Specialist was a 10 out of 10.  Very knowledgeable and professional. Designed a lift that I believe will level and stabilize a very bad problem. The Installation Crew was also a 10. Very hard working and professional!  Did an excellent job of installation and clean up!

Your specialist was courteous, professional, responsive and, more importantly, knowledgeable about your service. She is certainly a keeper. She represents your company effectively!

I am sooooooo pleased with my experience !!!!! i sent a message to the company . I also did an on-line opinion survey. I am VERY HAPPY with the sump pump placement and the installment.  The guys who came here were great. Phillip who did the electrical work was awesome. The guys that did the work to dig the trench under the house were awesome. My sump pump has been totally working its little heart out today. I wish I could have had it done 28 years ago. Thank you. Professionalism from start to finish. Caring and good listeners, and prompt (re:Cassi Conyers). Explained & no sales pressure (re:Michael Lurie). Derwin, James, and Noland worked hard! And knew what they where doing. They made sure everything was cleaned up in the work area. Derwin, the foreman on my job was a gentleman and a great listener...he worked hard and had his crew ready to get the job done. I would ask a question and he would explain in terms I could understand. Thanks to him and James & Nolan for job well done.

This company had a solution to my problem other companies didn't offer. Christian was great. Very helpful, thorough and professional. Excellent. These young men were fabulous. Very kind, professional and great at what they do. This job was extremely loud and disturbed the adjoining businesses A LOT, but the crew did everything they could to accommodate and help the situation as best as they could. They were so polite.  The work they did was very good.
