Our crew Tyler and Brennen both earned five stars from my wife and I. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30am and they called at 8:15 to see if they could come at 8:30 which pleased us very much. They arrived right on time and introduced themselves. We went over what the project entailed and they explained the timeline they anticipated. They both went straight to work and only stopped to have us check their progress and to make sure we were satisfied that they were doing the work to our satisfaction.Tyler and Brennen completed the job within the timeframe they had given us. Catherine and I were very satisfied with the final completion of the project.We will most definitely recommend Redeemers Group to family and friends.

10 out of 10! System Design Specialist informed me well about the job.  The installation Crew were professional workers with great attitudes and attention to detail.  

We contacted Redeemers Concrete about having the pool deck repaired after a section moved downward creating an uneven surface and possible tripping hazard. Redeemers made an appointment for reviewing the work required.Mark Cardona, a system design expert, called several days ahead of the scheduled appointment, confirming the date.Mark, was timely, is a great communicator, and making sure that we have a n understanding of the processes needed.It's wonderful to do business with a company that has great customer services and support.

I liked the fact I did not have to remove and replace the entire concrete slab, which would have been 3-4 times as expensive.

The appointment center was great.  The Design Specialist knew what he was talking about. The Installation Crew was a 10 out of 10. Those guys were great! Great job on the clean up process. I would recommend Redeemers Group on all concrete and foundation projects.

Dalton and Randy worked very well together as team to prepare my 44 year old pool deck for stabilization, crack filling, pressure cleaning, foam treatment, and surface sealing. I am completely satisfied with the work performed, especially take care to prevent one pool wall from blowing out during foam injections.

Renea Hoenback was knowledgeable and offered solutions we had not considered. Otha and Troy were very helpful and patient in answering questions. They completed the work in a timely manner. I am very satisfied, If we ever need foundation/basement work in the future, we will use Redeemer Group!
