Anna and her husband Donald F. have called their Drummonds, TN home for over 25 years. About 15 years ago, an earthquake cracked and unsettled their garage slab. Our inspection revealed that the slab had remained stable in recent years but needed elevation to regain its original alignment. We proposed using PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane foam, to lift the garage slab and the front porch. To reinforce and protect the concrete long-term, we applied NexusPro® joint and crack sealant along the garage perimeter where it meets the home’s foundation and the utility storage room, as well as at the porch-to-foundation interface. This created a watertight barrier, preventing moisture intrusion and further erosion.

To complete the solution, our team sealed all visible cracks and joints in both driveways using NexusPro®, ensuring a clean, professional finish.
