Our plan included the installation of our WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, which collects and redirects water to prevent it from pooling in the basement. To add extra protection, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump, featuring three layers of defense to ensure water stays out—even during power outages or heavy rainfall. To further protect the walls and prevent moisture from seeping through, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier. This durable barrier not only keeps moisture at bay but also helps improve air quality by reducing the risk of mold and odors.

To prepare the basement for James’ future tile installation, our crew carefully left the concrete at just the right height, making it easier for him to restore the flooring to its original design.
