SaniDry Sedona- a powerful dehumidifier, which will keep your humidity level below 50% (which is the level at which mold can grow at)
SmartDrain- equipped with a WaterWatch alarm system.  This system detects water as it enters the drain and sounds off to alert the homeowner of the problem right away
EverLast Door-  1/2 inch thick PVC plastic that is nearly indestrutible, plus it closes air tight and will NEVER warp or rust!
