The owners of this Cookeville, TN home were unhappy with their gravelly crawlspace. After Completing a free inspection and same-day estimate, the homeowners determined that they wanted to move forward with a full crawlspace encapsulation. We installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier and drainage matting throughout the crawlspace to keep the space dry and separated from the earth below.

The homeowners were left satisfied with the quality of work that was completed. 

This Dyer, TN home had inches of standing water in their crawlspace. This was not only causing foundational issues through soil erosion, it was producing the perfect environment for mold growth. We removed the water and completed a full crawlspace encapsulation to protect the home and its inhabitants. The encapsulation included CleanSpace drainage matting and vapor barrier (seen here), a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump to keep the crawlspace safe and dry.
