We used Total Basement Finishing products to make this space more than just for storage. We replaced the walls, flooring and added decorative accents around the supports.

This basement in Benton, KY is used as a laundry room. To control moisture on the walls and water that gets in during rains, we installed trench drains that lead it to the sump pump. The basement is now dry and the homeowners don't worry about their laundry room not being sanitary.

Before we installed our waterproofing solution in this basement, there was water getting in during storms. One of the weak spots was this door which homeowners use to enter the basement from the outside. Unfortunately, no mater what they did, water got in.
