This Tennessee home was beautiful, but the uneven sidewalk brought the house value down. It not only was not aesthetically pleasing, but it also created a tripping hazard. All of the cracks in the sidewalk were not sealed and this created an easy entrance for water to infiltrate the concrete and soften the soil under, which caused cracking and shifting. The homeowners saw our commercial on Channel 5 News and decided to call immediately to take advantage of our free estimate deal. 
Our inspector came out to inspect the area and answer all of the homeowners questions. He knew exactly what this home needed and our crew was ready to begin the project! 

They used PolyLevel System to level the concrete slabs and NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks. 

The PolyLevel® System utilizes high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and level concrete floors and foundations.

NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. It fits into homeowners' busy lifestyles, too - drying time is a fraction of that needed for other urethane-based caulking products.

The homeowner is now happy with her safe sidewalk and is glad to finally have a lasting solution! 

We fixed this cinder block space with a SuperSump Pump and CleanSpace vapor barrier.

This basement's walls began to slide towards the bottom. We used these C-Channel Support Brackets in addition with our Geo-Lock Wall Anchor System to provide addition reinforcement for these walls. These support brackets are zinc-plated and never rust like traditional steel beams!

The porch on this home in Paris, TN had settled and separated from the home 1 1/2". We came out and utilized our new PolyLEVEL system to lift the porch where it belongs. PolyLEVEL is a two-part urethane that expands into rigid foam used to fill voids, stabilize concrete, and lift concrete. This system leaves smaller holes than traditional mudjacking, allows for an accurate lift, waterproof, and is environmentally friendly.

This crawl space in Paris, TN was damp and had a musty smell with potential for mold growth.  To solve this problem, Miguel and his team installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system.  This polyethylene plastic is very durable and has an antimicrobial additive which prevents mold growth.  With humidity levels lowered, this homeowner now has a new clean area for storage!
