Randall C. just bought his historic home in Abbeville, SC to be his forever home. Historic homes are often beautiful, however, tend to need a good amount of repair. He has started to do some restoration inside the home but was worried about the condition of the crawl space. While watching the evening news he saw a commercial for Cantey Foundation Specialists and that they offer a free no obligation inspection. Randall called in and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Jerod Tafta. Jerod arrived for the appointment and did a thorough inspection of Randall's crawl space. Jerod found that Randall had quite a few wooden beams that were rotten and in need of replacement. Production Team Leader Sixto Lopez, Production Team Member Jose Lopez, Production Team Member Mariano Valdovines, Production Team Member Oscar Mota, and Production Team Member David Watson came out and successfully replaced the rotten wood. Randall is continuing to move forward with his restoration efforts and is pleased to no longer have to worry about the condition of his crawl space.

Kim S. lives in her Greer, SC home with her son. As a single mom, it is hard to take care of work, a child, and her home. Often, she has let repairs to her home fall by the wayside. Her son has bad allergies and for almost a year now they have been seeing a specialist regularly. In the last few months, her son has gotten worse instead of better causing her to question his doctor. The doctor noted that it could be his home environment causing the more intense allergies. Kim had not made any changes to the home and wondered what could be causing her little boy to be so sick. Kim's father suggested it could have something to do with the crawl space. He recommended that she call Cantey Foundation Specialists because of the great work they did on his neighbor's home. Kim called in and was set up for an appointment with System Design Specialist Jerod Tafta. Jerod did a thorough inspection and found that Kim had some rotting wood. He reassured her that Cantey could replace this wood and have her crawl space looking good as new in no time. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Matthew Kelley came out and successfully removed and replaced all the wood in question. Kim and her little boy are now breathing healthier air, giving Kim the peace of mind she needed and a chance for her boy to get better.

Kevin and Kim S. have lived in their Greer, SC home for over 10 years. They are finally making an attempt at downsizing now that their children are grown up. Their son asked if he could purchase the home from them to start his own family. Kevin and Kim are currently helping their son and his family move into their memory-filled home with the peace of mind that it is the safest place for them to be.

Alexis P. finally has peace of mind knowing she doesn't have to worry about her living room floor caving in on itself anymore.

David and Laurie M. bought their home in Laurens, SC because of its age. The home was built in the 1800s and they loved the idea of restoring it to its former glory. Getting started they did some painting and replacing wood on the inside. David knew there was the possibility that wood or other repairs would have to be done to the crawl space. Laurie had heard from her mother that Cantey Foundation Specialists did free no obligation inspections. They decided to call in and set an appointment. System Design Specialist Katherine Dillon arrived for the appointment and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space. Katherine found that there were several areas of wood that needed be replaced around the crawl space. She assured David and Laurie that Cantey could definitely replace their wood with no problems. David and Laurie are now moving forward with different renovations and are thankful for the help Cantey provided on their journey to restoring this beautiful home.
