This concrete pool deck in Easley, SC, had begun to sink and crack from settlement issues. Concrete pool decks often suffer from settlement issues because the soil is so lightly compacted around the pool as so it does not damage the pool walls. Although it is common, it is not always pretty and Mike was very happy to know that Cantey could fix it. The concrete slab was raised with PolyLevel Soluntion to be level with the wooden deck extension surrounding his pool area. 

Marianne started having settlement issues outside of her home in Summerville, SC. Cracks in her concrete sidewalk and driveway were becoming more noticeable and she wanted to be proactive about the issue, before any other damages occurred. Cantey raised the unlevel sections of her driveway using our PolyLevel Solution, which is a long-lasting alternative to mudjacking. We also sealed and sprayed her driveway and sidewalk with NexusPro Sealant which sealed her two broken joints and will prevent any further water infiltration. 

Camille's front porch in Augusta, GA, had began to experience foundation settlement issues which resulted in cracks in the concrete that lead to portions of concrete to sink. Finally, a sealant spray was used to help keep the concrete stable and resist any further cracks and damages. 

Danny noticed a bit of concrete sinking around his driveway in Toccoa GA. Sinking in these areas can cause more damage because water can travel under the concrete causing the soil around the home to expand, eventually causing foundation problems to the home. PolyLevel Solution was used to raise the concrete making it level with the driveway.
