System Design Specialist Jason Hugg met Joe at his home and inspected the areas of concern. Afterwards Specialist Jason explained to Joe that the reason there were low spots in the floor were due to the piers underneath his home beginning to settle. Specialist Jason then explained that the solution to Joe’s problem was Cantey’s patented SmartJack system. Production Team Leader Israel and Production Team Member Jonathan came out to Joe’s home and effectively installed the Smart Jack system.
