Recently the Cantey Foundation Specialists Team helped this Concord, NC family with concerns after they noticed that the wall framing was separating from the molding top plate in multiple rooms. This home was on a slab so System Design Specialist Michael P. suggested that we look to a concrete solution to resolve these issues. The PolyLevel Lift offered by Cantey was just the thing to restore these floors back to their original positions. 

Recently we had a customer call us in Charlotte, NC complaining of her wall framing separating from top plate. There was a half inch crack in sheetrock in living room, the doors are not closing in living room, closet, and bedroom. The System Design Specialists also found a few cracks on exterior brick. This home was on a slab so a concrete solution would have to be the way to go. With our PolyLevel Lift, these issue were easily addressed and the Peterson family could not be more pleased.

Within a day, Production Crew Foreman Jonathan, Project Manager Sean, and Production Crew Members Ethen and Israel removed his insulation and debris, added a drain, and completely encapsulated his crawlspace.
