Very impressed with material I was provided with (COMPREHENSIVE BROCHURE) prior to the home visit. Josh was very professional and efficient. We had the same success working with the installation crew. French drains were installed with perfection and precision. They tore up where they needed to install the drain but cleaned up very well. It looked the same as before, with now, a drain installed. We were impressed by the whole production and recommend the services. 

I'm very impressed by the overall organization and production of TerraFirma. The call center handled my call with courtesy and efficiency first diagnosing the problem and making sure we were calling the right people to not waste either of our time. Josh was on time to our appointment and prepared to perform an entire inspection. We also appreciate that we received a price estimate at the time of inspection. The price was fair and the service we felt was going to effectively prevent the basement from flooding in any rainy conditions. Josh was very personable and presented himself well. We received many bids for waterproofing our basement and there were a couple things that stood out with TerraFirma that ultimately won my business. The first was their rep was more professional than the others. Josh was very pleasant and explained everything very well. I did not feel pressured to have things done. What he told me made sense. The second reason was that Josh's plan was the plan I felt most comfortable with. It was comparable in cost and a much more comprehensive solution than the competition. Every fall, like clockwork, we are going to get a large amount of standing water in our basement. It has gotten to the point that we don't go down there or keep anything in there because we know it will get ruined. What we had TerraFirma do was a total basement finish. They put in drains, a sump pump system, finished looking walls. The whole nine yards. The area is livable and we ended up making the space a bonus room. Jason was prompt to our appointment and made sure that all our questions were answered. He went over an objective checklist to make sure that all of our needs were being addressed in his solution. Jason was friendly and professional. He was the reason we went with TerraFirma. 

The representative (Ryan Lahley) was very thorough and well understood. We chose TerraFirma because they offered a permanent solution! The Crew arrived on time and they were courteous.

Your representative was very knowledgeable. He went right to the source of the problem! Had a computer & tools that reinforced his diagnosis and showed us what and how the problem came about. The crew was efficient, hard working, competent and quick!

The reason I went with TerraFirma is because you were the most responsive, we had the best answers and he continually followed up. Before installation we had standing water everywhere. Basement, garage, backyard, you name it. The sump pump is working great. The best part about working with TerraFirma is that everyone was a pro. They did what they said they were going to do with the highest quality of work and with the least destruction possible. I have no criticisms at all. Of course there was a little negotiation with the price, but when is there not. They worked with me and not against me. Great job!

Water, water, water and more water. It was time I called. We did have a lot of water in the basement, but was also seeing it appear in the garage, side yard and around the back yard. What we had installed was a sump pump and a few drainage systems. We had a very successful appointment with Deryl. We found him to be creative with his design and very personable. This project is being done for a client and was a time sensitive project. We were especially impressed by the organization and coordination from call center, to estimate, to production. It's always nice when there are no surprises, and on top of that, our estimate was cheaper then we had initially spoken with Deryl about. I don't think anyone will complain about that.

Drew was the foreman during work done on the home, and he was fast professional and courteous. Work was done very quickly and very professionally. Did a very nice job of clean up and everything came out really nice.
