My primary concern right now is providing an environment that is healthier for children, and limiting the possibility for mold growth. If your solution works, I would potentially seek TerraFirma for future work if I decide to finish part of my basement. We are having the project start within the month of Josh coming out. Josh was great at explaining the benefit of reducing mold development in my basement. So this was an easy decision on my end to take care of the issue. The price was fair and cheaper than I initially thought, so we went for it and signed on the day of the estimate.

We were VERY impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by your company and your employees. I would rate the pre-sales process a definite 10. The sales experience a 10, and the production process a 10 as well. It seems like you all run a tight ship. Everyone was on the same page and there was consistency through every phase of the project. Josh was our main contact throughout the project. He was there obviously during the sales process but we were impressed to hear from him even after the project was finished to make sure we didn't have any extra questions or issues. I'm sure I am one of many happy customers. 

The call center handled my call well. I was able to get a convenient appointment. Ryan was early to our appointment and was very informative and helpful in me making my decision. I felt like TerraFirma had the resources to help me with all my basement problems and I was confident in the plan Ryan drew up for me. Ryan is a rockstar! We were provided an estimate at the time of inspection and we went right ahead with the next steps in the process. Ryan was very professional and a great representation of your company. This guy deserves a raise.

We had excellent service with the call center, the representative and production crew. Our house is built in a valley and we might even have some sort of underground spring in our yard because there was a lot of standing water on our property. We called TerraFirma in need of a drainage system. Josh made things very clear about his plan to drain our yard and solve our problem. Josh was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate how easy he made everything for us. Very personable and professional. We will be recommending TerraFirma to friends and family.

We had our sump pump fail and ended up with almost a foot of water in our crawl space. Worked with Terra Firma and crew to get it cleaned up and a new sump pump installed. We liked the thoroughness of the process. I thought Tim did a very good job explaining what needed to be done and how that would be accomplished. We felt comfortable with making a decision based on Tim's presentation. It was very informative. Tim was very professional and made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly.

Thanks to the installation team and Tim for installing they drain tile system and SmartSump in our crawl space. They displayed high work quality in all aspects of how a professional team should operate: Working hard, being polite and patient, maintaining a clean working site, good post-service, etc. In all, we were very satisfied with their work in our house project.

I had water seeping through a hole in my foundation wall and flooding the floors. From start to finish, TerraFirma was responsive and accommodating. I am not positive on how quickly I plan to have this project, but when we do we are going to highly consider TerraFirma for three main reasons. They came with a creative and efficient solution that we felt comfortable and confident in. Jason was a stand up guy. He know exactly what he was talking about and that he was giving us the best possible solution out there. And three, the price was in our budget.

We were so impressed from start to finish with the quality of work and the high standard that all of the representatives held them to. The price for the project was amazing considering the condition that our basement was in and what we wanted to do with it. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of TerraFirma. Nina in the call center, Josh with estimating and Drew with production. Everyone was on top of their game and just knew how to get the job done the right way.

Contracted with Terrafirma for repairs to various sunken concrete slabs in driveway and walkways. Excellent job by foreman Chad and crew, saved crazy amount of money as opposed to removing and replacing problem slabs. Thanks, Gary.

Saw cut a trench along exterior basement wall and poured drain to sump. Installed sump and pump. Despite a snowy day, they cut a tree out of the way and arrived on time. On time, on budget. Great job.

Drew's crew were the epitome of what I consider good customer service on our job. They were right on time, very clear in what they were going to do and what they needed from us. When a "glitch" came up in how the job had to be done, Drew very clearly explained why we had to make a change and how that change was going to be done. They were prepared to roll with the changes and got the job in a timely manner. Great job, great crew, great customer service.
