TerraFirma came to our home and helped waterproof and finish our basement. The customer service in the call center and by the System Design Specialist were excellent. Everyone showed up on time and was prepared for the task. After receiving multiple bids we believed that TerraFirma's was going to give us the most efficient solution so we went with them and we are glad we did. They did an excellent job from start to finish.

Deryl was excellent! did a comprehensive job, explained the issues through descriptions, photos and videos. Overall a very complete and professional analysis of the problem and comprehensive recommendation for the solution at a reasonable cost. The service that we got from the call center was excellent, Deryl was nothing short of that and nor was the installation crew. We never felt like we were left in the dark about the next steps in the process. TerraFirma was very on top of things and we really appreciated being in the loop. Many times in the past the project would start and finish before we had any chance to ask questions. Availability and courtesy means everything to me when it comes to a contractor, and Deryl did exactly that.

On a scale of 1-10, my experience with TerraFirma has been a 10. For larger expenses or home projects, I always take my time to shop around to make sure I am getting the best deal and the highest quality of work for my dollar. Waterproofing my basement was no different. TerraFirma was the first of 4 bids. What I found after discussing the different options was that TerraFirma's proposal was middle of the pack price wise, but by far at the top as far as completeness and total basement waterproofing. I'm very glad with my decision to use TerraFirma's expertise. The entire company from front to back was professional and took great care of me, my time/money and the project. You have a great team at TerraFirma and needless to say I was very impressed with the projects outcome.

I was thrilled with the job that was done! Very satisfied and the systems specialist did a great job presenting the scope of work. TerraFirma was accommodating and worked with me to overcome obstacles such as where the sump water would drain.

Kevin designed a great waterproofing system and we are very happy with the results. Typically when it would rain hard for 2 to 3 days at a time, water starts to seep through the bottom of our daylight basement walls. There are some cracks in the foundation and when it rains really hard, the water sometimes seeps up through those as well. I am confident in the products and the design to keep my basement dry all the time.

I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was having Moe and his crew here. They worked continuously and never wasting time, it was impressive to watch. Moe is a great guy and happy to have met him. Please pass along how pleased we are and how much we appreciate you and TerraFirma.

Stephen and 'the guys' were very professional, courteous, and tidy. Job was done well and to spec, and within the time frame estimated. I did not even have to vacuum the house when they were done; the yard was perfect, and the house smells a LOT better. It's a big relief to know the water is being controlled in the crawl space. Bryan impressed us as very knowledgeable and professional in every respect. He obviously believes in his company and products, and he presented both well. We were relieved to not be pressured, as that would have turned us off completely. We give the overall experience a 9 out of 10. Nothing bad to say about Bryan or the company. We thought that the price was fair and for the basement services we were receiving, it was more than reasonable. We have created a home office in the basement and there aren't the moldy musky smells as before. 

Levi & helper were great! They were courteous and worked carefully around the house. After a long day they still took the time to clean up the site...great job!

Tim was a real professional. He has his basement, crawlspace and foundation knowledge down and it shows. Tim Cook did an excellent job and had some great ideas. We had a large basement waterproofing project on our hands. It needed a pump, drains and insulation. We were happy to know that TerraFirma was able to take care of all these different aspects. The reasons we chose TerraFirma was because of Tim's professionalism, the companies attitude, integrity and the fact that they were the only ones that I felt comfortable with the entire project proposal.
