Concrete Repair Company in Morning View, Kentucky

The concrete ramp leading up to this home in Morning View, KY, made this home wheelchair accessible. But after the soil settled over time, and cracks started to appear in the ramp. These cracks made it difficult to access the home, so the homeowners gave us a call to make them disappear. After we lifted up all the sunken parts of the slabs with our PolyLevel foam, we then sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant. The homeowners were very happy with the result of their project, and their home is now much more accessible.

Concrete Pad Leveling in Cincinnati, OH

A homeowner in Cincinnati had a few concrete sidewalk slabs that were sinking so they called us and scheduled an appointment with us to find a solution to this problem. We recommended Polylevel injections to raise these slabs. You can really see just how high we were able to raise this slab if you look at the horizontal line near the brown smoke chamber the bottom of the chimney in the before picture. That's precisely where we were asked to raise the slab back to.

Concrete Leveling in Cincinnati, OH

We completed a concrete leveling project in Cincinnati, OH, where the step and sidewalk leading to the front door had sunk over time. Using our PolyLevel system, we carefully lifted the concrete back to its proper height, eliminating trip hazards and improving water drainage around the entryway. The front walk is now safe, level, and looks just like it should.

Poolside Concrete Repair in Cincinnati, Ohio

These pool area slabs in Cincinnati, OH, had settled unevenly, resulting in a large lip to form just past the handrail in the before photo. In order to fix this tripping hazard, we had to inject PolyLevel foam underneath the slabs on this side of the pool to level everything out. We commonly see poolsides have troubling concrete issues because of soil washout. When water gets underneath the slabs it can cause the soil to get muddied, allowing the concrete to settle. A great aspect about PolyLevel is, unlike mudjacking slurry, PolyLevel is a closed-cell polyurethane foam that does not absorb water, and once it expands and cures, it maintains its shape and volume. The result was a happy homeowner who was relieved there are no longer any tripping hazards near their pool.
