The owner of this crawl space in Jamestown, OH, wanted it encapsulated after a friend told them that their house smelled funny. The homeowner had grown so accustomed to musty smells emitting from their crawl space that they hadn't even realized the smell wasn't normal. Next, we sealed the crawl space by wrapping our white CleanSpace vapor barrier all across the floor and up the walls. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the sealed air conditioned. The homeowner immediately noticed that their home smelled and felt fresher after we installed the encapsulation system.
