This formerly damp and musty crawl space got a brighter and drier environment after our crew encapsulated the space with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. This area is now sealed and protected against moisture and humidity for many years to come. 

We encapsulated this crawl space with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. To also eliminate musty odors and provide dry, clean air throughout, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system. This crawl space is now dry, and healthy thanks to the work of Carolina Basement Systems!

Water collecting around the home was creating concerns about excess moisture near the crawl space and foundation. To improve drainage, our team installed an underground drainage line and yard drain to collect surface water and direct it safely away from the home, helping keep the surrounding area drier and better protected.

Structural and moisture issues haunted this crawl space. The homeowners contracted us just to seal and waterproof their crawl space from the moisture problems. We installed our durable and patented CleanSpace vapor barrier as well as installed our SmartSump to keep the moisture out.
