Dirt crawl spaces can lead to inconsistent temperature in a home as well as molding or rotting floor joists. We were able to protect and save this homeowner’s property by installing two sump pumps, CleanSpace to the ground, a SaniDry dehumidifier, and SilverGlo to the walls. This crawl space is now protected from moisture in the air and ground and is going to have much more consistent temperatures.

Made from a 20mil thick 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is ultra-durable! It is suitable for both floors and walls. Once installed, it seals, covers, and protects the area from any moisture, humidity, or winter drafts.

Moisture was getting in through the ground and the walls which was raising the humidity inside this home. We sealed and blocked out this moisture issue with our vapor barrier and wall insulation that decreased the humidity.
