This formerly wet and humid crawl space got a brighter, drier, and healthier environment with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20 mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market, and it provides the ultimate and longest-lasting protection against moisture and humidity. 

These before-and-after photos highlight a crawl space repair project in Olin, NC. The before image shows exposed soil, a failing vapor barrier, and inadequate structural support, all of which can contribute to excess moisture, uneven floors, and poor indoor air quality.

The after image showcases the installation of SmartJack Crawl Space Support Posts to help stabilize and reinforce the home’s structure, along with a new vapor barrier designed to reduce ground moisture and improve overall crawl space conditions. These upgrades work together to create a drier, stronger, and healthier home environment.

This troubled basement had water seeping through the basement walls after every heavy rainstorm. Our expert crew installed a CleanSpace wall system, a WaterGuard drainage system, and a TripleSafe sump pump with IceGuard protection. Water doesn't stand a chance against these basement walls now!

Ripped plastic and shredded insulation laid inside this crawl space collecting water from the moisture that the exposed ground let in. This increased the humidity and mold growth inside the crawl space. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo wall insulation, which we installed, are now protecting the crawl space’s air from these issues.
