This dirty and moist crawl space was in need of some upgrades. Our crew removed all debris and installed the ultra-durable CleanSpace liner to control humidity and protect the crawl space from moisture. 

We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to ensure the customer's crawl space stays completely dry. This system provides three levels of protection against water, including a backup battery pump for power outages, making it the most reliable solution for keeping their home safe and dry.

This formerly wet and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system, SilverGlo insulation boards, and a few other of our top-quality, patented, waterproofing products - moisture, humidity, nor winter drafts stand a chance against this crawl space now!

During colder temperatures, sump pump discharge lines can freeze, causing water to back up and potentially flood the basement or crawl space. This Raleigh home needed a reliable drainage solution that would continue to perform even in freezing conditions.

Our team installed an IceGuard discharge system along with an exterior drainage line to protect against frozen pipes. IceGuard allows water to safely escape if the underground line becomes blocked by ice, snow, or debris, keeping the system flowing when it’s needed most.

The result: dependable drainage, reduced risk of winter flooding, and peace of mind during cold weather.

Our team gave this 100 year old damp and outdated crawlspace a complete makeover! They installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage structure with IceGuard protection and a SuperSump pump. They sealed and protected the area with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, with Drainage Matting under the liner and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purifier.
