Water was leaking into this basement through cracks and gaps in this foundation wall in this homeowner's basement. As part of the waterproofing process for this project, we fastened our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to this wall to prevent moisture from seeping through. 

This formerly damp and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Complete with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purifier, EverLast door, and drainage matting - moisture and humidity no longer stand a chance against this crawl space!

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition. It's the most durable vapor barrier on the market! Once installed, our CleanSpace seals, covers, and protects the area from moisture, humidity, and even winter drafts. 

Our team replaced this customers homemade crawl space door with our EverLast Door to create an airtight seal. 

This crawlspace in Henrico, NC was dealing with moisture issues and weakened floor support, with damaged insulation, exposed ground, and signs of sagging above. Excess humidity and poor support conditions can lead to uneven floors, musty odors, and long-term structural concerns.

Our team installed SmartJacks support posts to lift and stabilize the floor system, restoring strength and reducing sagging. To address moisture, we completed a full crawlspace encapsulation with a durable vapor barrier, sealing out ground moisture and protecting the space from humidity.

The result is a clean, dry, and structurally supported crawlspace that improves indoor air quality, enhances comfort, and provides long-term stability for the home.
