These porch steps started to sag and sink away from the rest of the porch. We pumped our PolyLevel foam underneath it to provide a slight lift back into place and to stabilize it from future sinking.
The shifting that the concrete slabs in the driveway had done created a lot of tension on them. This pressure released by cracking the concrete in several places. We sealed these cracks together with NexusPro which also waterproofed the break.
The settling foundation under this home was starting to crack and move the slab floor. We stabilized the slab and then sealed the cracks shut.
The unsettled dirt underneath this concrete sidewalk caused major shifting and cracking. When we went inside to waterproof the home, we also level this concrete slab to eliminate the hazard.
Years of erosion and settlement started to crack this sinking concrete driveway. To repair it without having to repouring the entire thing, we injected PolyLevel foam underneath to lift and stabilize the slab and sealed the remaining cracks with NexusPro sealant to hold it together.
