A homeowner in Advance, NC reached out to Carolina Basement Systems with concerns about his concrete driveway. The team used our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions to help lift the cracked concrete to its original level and seal and protect the concrete from future soil erosion. The ground that settled underneath this concrete walkway was causing shifting and made it uneven. We fixed these trip hazards with our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant that leveled the concrete slabs and sealed the cracks.

Years of erosion and settlement left this car port sinking toward the ground. We were able to inject our PolyLevel product that ensured its stabilization and in this case was able to life the slab back to its original pour line. Now this car port is level and secured.

The erosion under this front porch made it easy for the porch stairs and slab walkway to sink downhill. Since sever cracking was in its future, it was necessary to stabilize and lift the porch to keep it safe. We injected our PolyLevel foam to stabilize it and sealed the cracks with NexusPro.
